What helps
If you are reporting a bug, the useful things to include are which tool, which version, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a description.
If you are asking about licensing, say how many people would be using it and whether you need an invoice.
Replies usually land within a day or two. Nothing you send here goes on a mailing list.
